  1. I recently started using Conjugation Nation in my French classes. The kids loved it when we did it for être/avoir and first-group verbs. However, I was disappointed today when we tried to do the same activity for second-group verbs.

I directed my class to use the "Select by Stem" function to narrow the focus. This function allows you to choose -ER verbs, -IR verbs, and -RE verbs. These are common breakdowns for first, second, and third-group conjugations, so I selected the one I needed (-ir). However, rather than only selecting verbs that are conjugated according to second-group rules, the program…

I’m sorry for the confusion. I’m not sure that all users have the understanding of groups that you have, and it may be required to have another button, “Select by Group” to avoid confusing existing users.

In the meantime, perhaps you can select the second group verbs and then use the “Save List” feature to save time in class.

Thanks for using the app, and I appreciate your feedback.

  2. Just started using this app again yesterday and it's broken. Freezes and remains frozen. I was trying to use the imperative tense. I took a snapshot of the error but can't seem to insert.

  4. The only thing I would suggest is to make a Brasilian Portuguese version - & maybe have a button for English translation - like verb2verbe

  5. It would be nice if there were a view that listed which verbs are currently selected for testing. Consider that the only way to see which verbs are selected is to scroll through a very long list of verbs.

  6. I need more work on irregular verbs. Maybe you could add a 'select irregulars' in verb settings, with options for 'ir' 'er' 'ar' endings in spanish.

  7. I love that you get prompted with the pronouns, and that you can choose all or one of them.  But, what do you think about adding to that list with more "real world" things.  For example, "Eduardo y yo: <infinitive>  Obviously, you'd want to choose the Nosotros form, but it makes you think a bit harder and its a bit more inclusive of they types of statements you'd use with the language.  Similarly, "Eduardo y Rita: <infinitive>" for Ellos/Ellas/Uds.  There are probably a few other real-world examples for each form, but I think you get the picture.
