  1. Conjugation nation is a decent app, but it lacks a vital mood for conjugation; the negative imperative. Although it is classed under imperative, it conjugates differently from giving positive commands and needs to be practiced in its own right.
Especially in the most important commands (to the informal second person singular and plural)

    Habla!
    No Hables!!

    Hablad!
    No Habléis!

And it's also good for users to recognize and learn that the formal moods do not change between negative and positive, a mistake learners can make.

It's important to know this by heart in Castellano, so it would be very handy…

  3. I need more work on irregular verbs. Maybe you could add a 'select irregulars' in verb settings, with options for 'ir' 'er' 'ar' endings in spanish.

  4. It would be nice to have a feature that allows you to hear the word, so you would know if you're pronouncing the word right.

  7. Okay, I know this is already a thread in the forum, but it really does bear stressing again:

Without voice playback-- as great as the idea & structure of this app is-- it doesn't really help that much ( unless you're strictly studying for written high-school Spanish 101 tests or something ). You have to HEAR a word to replicate it, and you have to learn to speak and replicate correctly if you ever hope to become proficient in any language.

Again, I love the layout of the app and the customization options, but without a spoken playback for the…

  8. This may have been addressed already, but I would like to see the vocabulary list expanded. I've come across a few verbs that my Spanish 2 students need to learn that are not included in the current version of CN (like 'torcerse'). It would also be helpful to add the option to make verbs reflexive (mover to moverse, for example).

  9. It would be nice if there were a view that listed which verbs are currently selected for testing. Consider that the only way to see which verbs are selected is to scroll through a very long list of verbs.

  10. It would be very very helpful to add the feature of having the option to work with stem changing verbs or not.

When I first began to study Spanish, I found this app and thought i was going to love it. However, I could not use it for a very long time because I was a beginner to verbs and was unfamiliar with many verbs that were stem-changers and was not ready to work with them. Identifying them is still sometimes a problem and I have had much much practice!

Someone might say "well you can can go to the…

  11. CN needs to allow the user to customize subject setiings and move above and beyond just subject pronouns. It also needs about 100 more verbs added, at least, and a function that allows for OVS verb practice (gustar, encantar, etc.)

  14. Hey!
    I like your app.
    It’s simple. Straight forward. Etc.

But Please add more verbs. Or let us add verbs.

I bought this so I didn’t have to use Google or other sources to Conjugate verbs. I am learning Spanish and finding out several verbs in the Bible are not even on this app? Confusing and hinders the process or a Language learner.

  16. It would be great to allow a rewind while doing the test, especially to access the conj.-table in case of an incorrect answer. While the correct form is displayed after an incorrect answer, I find it even more helpful to have the full reference for the selected tense.

  19. Spanish second person present subjunctive ends in "s". In the dictionary you have it correct but in the quiz it is often marked as incorrect. The answer shown as correct (but is actually incorrect) is second person familiar imperative form.

  20. The app’s conjugation for this tense is incorrect. It is supposed to be the preterite of haber plus a past participle. The app erroneously requires the present indicative of haber instead. Please fix! Otherwise a great app!
